How to
retrieve lost internet banking id:
We have three
methods
1.customer
id with password
2.custome
id/registered phone number with mpin
3.customer
id/with debit card details (pin, expiry number, debit card number)
Seven steps
procedure:
NOTE: you can do it in phone or laptop
Step1:
Download
axis bank internet banking app for mobile with individual phone number that you
registered with the bank.
Step2:
Those who
using computer just login to axis internet banking website.
Step3:
1.After the
downloading process just open the app and login with the following details.
2.If you
know your login id and password, then do with it
3.If you
know debit card details do with it
4.If you
forget your mpin just login with the login id or debit card & mpin
5.Page will
display if you know your mpin just enter or forget just create new mpin
Step4:
After that
app will be opened and you can see your profile details, if you transfer amount
or you want to check account details you need to login with
Step5:
1.If you don’t
know login id SMS(USTID)< account number> to 56161600 from your
registered mobile number to get5 get your customer ID
2.After
enrolled with customer-ID, just login with it and click forgot password to
generate new password, enter login –ID/ customer-ID, debit Card number, Expiry
date, ATM pin number
Step6:
You can
create new password and login with the ID, now you can transfer your amount to anyone.
Step7:
If you
doing this steps in computer with axis bank internet banki8ng website link,
when you entering login –ID and password, security questions will be display if
you entered 3 times wrong account in internet banking account will be
suspended, and you should go to the branch for the further details
Note:
It has
three security questions you should go for any of these questions and log in
If you want
to see different questions just enter the login-ID and password in different
times.
