I am narrating
my story about my personal experience with one plus Nord 2
Once I pre-booked
my one plus Nord 2 phone in EMI on amazon it takes 1 week time to deliver
When the is
phone arrived I check the package, it
was good then I opened the box and took the phone and check it twice it was all
good then I switch on the phone while I'm booting the phone I feel a little bit
of heat produce without using internet then it rebooted the phone and started
to use while using it feeling heat produced throughout the phone, at last, I check
it on google about that heat produce by checking all these I decided to replace
the phone, on that night I generate replace phone option through amazon website but I can’t do that so I decided
to call customer care and they asked the reason about the phone and I said the
phone is producing heat heavily without using internet and game and they
accepted my query and they accepted replace request
within a week
new phone has arrived and I started using the new phone, by this time I'm not facing
any heating issue the condition is very well
approximately
after the completion of 1 month, my phone met a road accident I meanwhile traveling
in bike accidently my phone fall on the road on that time I got ran by lorry nothing
happened to the front side I mean no damages on display, not even a scratch but
unfortunately back side glass have been
broken while I'm trying to switch on the phone but it doesn’t respond it has been
switched off condition on that time my phone got heated at 100 degrees for 2
hrs, I don’t know what happened to my phone so decided to go for a service center
on next day
morning I went to the service center it
is located in Nagar which is near to pondy bazaar in Chennai and they collected
my phone and they said we will examine your phone and call you within today(on
that day) so you come tomorrow and I said fine and went towards my home on the
traveling time I got a call from one plus service center and they said we examined
your mobile the phone’s motherboard had been bent i.e damaged so nothing can be
done if you want to repair your phone you should pay a total cost of your new
phone I got shocked and I ask can you give any suggestion, they said if you had
your insurance plan to your phone we will claim new phone without any cost or neither
nothing can be done to your phone
Friends any
suggestions or any other way to repair my phone??
I'm still
paying EMI so give please kindly give any other idea if possible
