What is the difference
between manual work and Desktop work.?
Work, what is work? The force
and effort put into a certain time give output as the product is known to work.
IN early times the payments are given to the worker based on the time taken by
the worker in work time. Every working man puts their full potential in daily
work for the money concern. Therefore, this is said to be what is work, how to
work, and what is the outcome of the work is described above. Let us now talk
about the difference between manual work and Desktop work.
Manual work:
For example, let’s
consider the manufacturing company or production company for the best example
of manual work. A company like private domain, a tire manufacturing company
which runs for 12 hrs. per working shift and runs for 24hrs per day. Every
employee in that company works for10 hrs. per day in the heated atmosphere and
rubber smoke. which cause them lungs infection and throat problems. But they
get their salary amount very low compare to their work. Management deducting
some amount in employee’s salary and giving 3/4th of the amount.
Management used to deduct taxes from employees. For the truth sake, every
employee in the manufacturing company didn’t get an equal amount
Desktop work:
Desktop work is known for the
office desk, help desk support, executive related to information technology
works. In this criteria, work is less compared to manual work and payment is
high compare to the manual work payment. In this work, the time has allotted to
8 hrs. and given work can be finished in 4 hrs. and remaining hrs. they allow
their time to own. this work is similarly easier than we think. Here work is
segregated into fission. So work can be finished easily as much as in low time,
the remaining time they have completely free from the work, here they get
deducted low taxes compared to the manufacturing work. Here 90% of the payment
is given.
